My Inspiring Video

#31

For IDCIdols I was going to make a video with some other people in our class of a Christmas fashion show. Aaron and Ryan had their own Christmas outfits while the others were presents, a tree, lights, Santa and reindeer. It was never completed as there were so many snow days and IDCIdols was cancelled.

There were five snow days during the ten days of festive fun so our event never happened, though we were going to sing Christmas carols in the caf at lunch on our day.

If we were able to have challenge day at IDCI, I think that it would work well if we were to have only one or two grades. Even though not everyone would be able to do it I think that it wouldn't be very effective if there were too many people. I hope that we will be able to have challenge day at IDCI to help with the many different groups. I hope that if we have challenge day at our school there will be a grade 12 leadership class to help organize it as I think it would help things go more smoothly.

For my reseach report I choose to write about Cherie Blair because she is a supports many causes and is an inspiration for many people to follow.

Randy Pausch's talk is very inspirational for all people. I think that he related happiness to Winne the Pooh because many people have read the stories and it is a easy way for people to realize which one they are more alike. Also I enjoyed that Pausch had fun his whole life what ever he was doing as that kept him young and able to love life to the fullest. His having fun look out on life could help other people realize how unhappy other people are with their jobs, friends or even family and how they could change that. I will remember many things about Randy Paunch's talk but most of all I will remember how he inspired he was to live his life and though he was in an awful situation, he made sure to keep living.

I think that the couple that gave away $11.2 million are very interesting. They didn't care that they could make their dreams come true and travel, they wanted to ensure that their family was taken care of and then return favors to those that had helped them throughout their life. What the Large's did was amazing as they showed that no matter who you are you can make a difference.
