Oprah's story is truly amazing. I've only watched her show a few times and never knew that her family had financial troubles when she was a child. I think that this story shows how one small act of kindness can change someone so much. It was so important to her that she had not been forgotten that Christmas, and she has remembered that Christmas ever since. I think that she is a large part of raising awareness on many a wide variety of issues and is an amazing person for how many people she has helped and continues to make a change in many people's lives. I think that part of the reason she does have such a "big heart" is because of her experience many years ago. She knows how it feels to be embarrassed that she wouldn't get anything for Christmas and I think because of this she has tried to thank the nuns that helped her by helping many others.
