Many people think of leaders as celebrities. While I do look up to some leaders what are well known, some of the other leader I look up to are:
Carol Young, Camp Bimini Coordinator - she organizes all the staff and campers for every week, has extraordinaire energy and love for everyone.
My Three Older Sisters, Karah, Jillian, Jacqueline - together they have helped me grow up, and experience conflict, love, and laughter, they are all special in their own way and are always there to help me through the tough times.
My Parents, Sally & Rick - my parents have always been there for my sisters and I and have always supported me with what ever choices I make.

It is very fitting that the story is anonymous as it represents the fact that the person they are describing in this could be anyone, anywhere. I hope to grow into the person that is described in this story.

We would like to conclude with a final story. This is the story of an individual with remarkable skills and talents. This person has vision, energy, and passion. This person had the power to change the world by reaching out to others - but was awaiting a call. One day, the call came. It didn't take much - there was no epiphany, no cloud opening. All it took was a gentle push.

Santosh's sign of peace is incredible to say the least. Many people hold grudges, allow for hate to build up inside them and then they lash out for revenge. Santosh did not, he was able to move on with his life and when the time came, show that he had accepted that he no longer had a right hand by shaking hands with the man that chopped it off. His strength is amazing that he didn't get angry but that he looked at the sunny side of life. Santosh was looking forward to school, something that many people dread every day, instead of dwelling on the past.

My Mr. Williams was my friend Sarah from camp. She always helped me figure out how to deal with campers that were home lonely, sick or not wanting to be there. Sarah was always the smiling face, the shoulder to lean on and the one to make me laugh on during a long day. Though she didn't give me a fridge or help me finacially, she taught me how to look at situations in a different way, which in my mind is of greater value. I look up to her and was an amazing person to be friends with.

On January 12th 2010, when the devastating earthquake hit Haiti, the Me to We club became a minga and organized a dance in just a few days. It was called "Have a Heart for Haiti Dance" and it was an amazing success, raising a lot of money for a good cause. It felt really good to be a part of something bigger and helping others that would never know us but that needed help. Thinking Me to We is a great way for more mingas to happen and I think that if we do then more mingas could happen and everyone could be brought together to make a positive change.

Lindsay Avner is an inspiration to many as she has overcome many tragedies as a young girl and has taken this the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. I understand how it is easier to sulk rather than stand up and continue on everyday, but Lindsay Avner was able to move past the sulking and try to make a change. I am amazed by her strength that she has so that she was able to get closer with her mom and help others that are also going through or have gone through the same thing. She was stunned by how lucky she was that she still had her mother with her and how many others that had lost those they had loved were still able to continue on. Lindsay is an amazing person that will probably help many others get through troubles in their lives as well.

Victor Frankl says that "Life ultamately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." I do agree with Victor Frankl's words of wisdom as it is a very honest way to look at life and helps to accomplish goals. Also, it is interesting how he thinks life is about responsibility. I think when he refers to responsibility he is saying that we have a responsibility to complete the tasks we are given to make ourselves happy as we contiune on with our lives. Although we do things for others, we wouldn't help out others if it didn't make us feel good about what we've done. Overall, I agree with Victor's Frankl's meaning of life and think it is interesting how everyone has a different veiw on life.
